What Are You Too Busy to Notice?

There is always something keeping us busy. Something to do. Something to check. Something to chase. Something to worry about.

And the things that really matter? We tell ourselves… later.

Later, I’ll slow down. Later, I’ll spend more time with the people I love. Later, I’ll change. Later, I’ll get closer to Allah.

We keep saying later because we think we still have time.

But what if “later” never comes?

What if we are so busy with everything around us that we don’t even notice what we are neglecting?

DISTRACTED is an honest conversation about what has our attention, what we keep putting off and what may be quietly slipping away while we’re busy with everything else.

Because distraction doesn’t always look dangerous. Sometimes, it just looks like everyday life.
