1. What language will the event be conducted in?
The talk will be conducted in English language.

 

2. Can my spouse attend the event?
Yes, the event is open to both women and men. However, seating will be segregated.

3. What is the seating arrangement?

Seating is free seating on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

4. I cannot make it. Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may arrange for someone else to use your ticket.

If you are unable to find a replacement, please contact our admin team via WhatsApp at 8802 0744 latest one day before the event day, and we will do our best to assist with reallocation.

 

5. Is there a prayer area at the venue?

Yes. A designated prayer area will be available at the venue.

 

6. Can I bring my children?

We warmly welcome children of all ages to our event. If your child requires their own seat, please purchase a ticket for them.

 

We encourage parents to prepare and bring along quiet activities or materials to keep little ones engaged. Please also ensure that children do not cause disruptions, so that everyone present can focus and fully benefit from the session. We gently request that noise is kept to a minimum, in consideration of all participants.

For parents bringing strollers, seating will be arranged near the aisle where possible to accommodate the stroller comfortably.

 

7. Is the venue wheelchair accessable?

Yes. Wheelchair users are most welcome at the event, and the venue is wheelchair accessible.

8. What time will Sultanah booths be open?

Our Sultanah booths will be open to our participants from 2pm-3pm before the event, and also 5pm-6pm after the event.
