About the Event
This talk will explore the Islamic approach to recognizing and rising above trials, guided by the Qur’an and Sunnah. Drawing from the examples of the Prophets, the wisdom of our scholars, and practical self-care strategies, we will learn how to protect our hearts without compromising compassion or justice.
It will be held at the Multi-Purpose Hall at Al-Ansar Mosque, and is open to both Muslimin and Muslimah. It will be conducted in English.
