About the Event
RAMADHAN RESET
The mind. The body. The soul.
Ramadhan is not about doing more. It’s about coming back to what we were created for.
Before the fast begins, many of us are already tired. We are mentally overwhelmed, physically drained and spiritually disconnected.
We carry guilt we don’t know how to release, habits we want to change but feel stuck in and hearts that long to feel close to Allah again.
Ramadhan Reset is an invitation to pause.
In this session, we will gently realign the mind, the body and the soul, not through pressure or perfection, but through clarity, compassion and purpose.
We will reflect on:
• how our thoughts shape our relationship with Allah
• how our lifestyle affects our worship
• how the soul slowly drifts when it is neglected and how Allah lovingly calls it back
This is not a talk about how much to do in Ramadhan.
It is a reminder of why we fast, who we are returning to and how to enter this sacred month with intention and peace.
If you feel tired of “trying harder” every year, if you long for a Ramadhan that heals instead of exhausts and if you want to reconnect with Allah in a way that feels honest and whole…
This session is for you.

This event will be conducted in English and is open to both Muslimin and Muslimah.
Prayer area will be provided.
We warmly welcome children of all ages to our event. If your child requires their own seat, do purchase a ticket for them.
We encourage parents to prepare and bring along quiet activities or materials to keep little ones engaged. Please also ensure that children do not cause disruptions, so that everyone present can focus and fully benefit from the session. We gently request that noise is kept to a minimum, in consideration of all participants.
